Shipping FAQ

All products will not be shipped until payment from the customer of the order has been fully cleared;

Deliver date:

Delivery date stated on the pro forma invoice are estimates, we will try to ship the goods promptly, however delays may occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We promise to keep the buyer informed at the first time of any unexpected delay.

Delivery term:

Under FOB terms, once the goods were released to the buyer's forwarder, we will have no liable for any loss, damage, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure information to provide in connection with the shipment from the shipping company, however, we will try our best to help solving any problems.

Under EXW terms, we will release the goods to the buyer's forwarder at our factory (warehouse) , all other transportation costs and risks are assumed by the buyer. We can help the buyer to obtain export licenses or other necessary documentation, but it will be at the buyer's expense.

Any import tax / duties are the responsibility of the receiver / buyer.
